Can I see a proof before you print?
Always. We supply a digital proof for sign-off on every job, and for signage and large-format work we can run a physical sample at cost if colour-matching matters.
Do you do installation?
For signage, vehicle livery, window vinyl, wall graphics and exhibition stands, yes. Our install team covers Kent and Greater London as standard; further afield by arrangement.
What's the typical turnaround?
Standard embroidery and small print orders ship within 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval. Large-format and signage runs vary by complexity, so we'll give a firm timeline at quote stage.
What file formats should I send for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal for logos and lettering, since they scale without loss. For photography, high-resolution PNG or TIFF works best. We'll let you know if anything needs reworking.
