What's the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Embroidered garments start from a single item; large-format prints are one-offs by nature; promotional items typically have MOQs from 25–100 units depending on the line.
What file formats should I send for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal for logos and lettering, since they scale without loss. For photography, high-resolution PNG or TIFF works best. We'll let you know if anything needs reworking.
Do you offer rush jobs?
Often, yes. Rush surcharge applies and depends on what else is in the queue. Get in touch with your deadline and we'll be straight with you about what's possible.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Always. We supply a digital proof for sign-off on every job, and for signage and large-format work we can run a physical sample at cost if colour-matching matters.
