What if I can't attend my booking?

A full refund for one-time washes or an appointment reallocation for subscription members is available when cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled wash.

Can I upgrade my subscription mid-month?

Yes you can upgrade mid-month and credits will be added instantly.
