It depends on the product. Embroidered garments start from a single item; large-format prints are one-offs by nature; promotional items typically have MOQs from 25–100 units depending on the line.
What file formats should I send for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal for logos and lettering, since they scale without loss. For photography, high-resolution PNG or TIFF works best. We'll let you know if anything needs reworking.
Can you redraw or improve my logo?
Yes. If you only have a low-res JPEG or a fax-quality copy, our in-house design team can redraw it as a clean vector file. Charged separately and yours to keep.
What's the typical turnaround?
Standard embroidery and small print orders ship within 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval. Large-format and signage runs vary by complexity, so we'll give a firm timeline at quote stage.
